Since the beginning of 2023, the Office of Rosselkhoznadzor in the Orenburg Region has examined 535 thousand hectares of agricultural land.

875 cases of non-use of farmland were identified on an area of 80 thousand hectares within the territorial boundaries of the Orenburg, Kurmanaevsky, Oktyabrsky, Saraktashsky, Akbulaksky, Svetlinsky, Buzuluksky, Krasnogvardeysky districts of the Orenburg region.
Based on the facts of overgrowing of agricultural lands with weeds, the Department drew up 11 protocols on administrative offenses under Part 2 of Art. 8.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, decisions on administrative offenses were issued in the amount of 650 thousand rubles and 5 warnings.
In addition, 1,187 warnings were announced and sent to business entities about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements of the land legislation of the Russian Federation and were asked to take measures to eliminate them.
Based on the results of control (supervision) activities, 61,171 hectares of agricultural land were involved in agricultural turnover within the boundaries of the Ilek, Orenburg, Tyulgan, Krasnogvardeisky, Buzuluk and Novosergievsky districts.
Thus, in June 2023, officials of the Rosselkhoznadzor Office for the Orenburg Region conducted an on-site inspection of a land plot within the territorial boundaries of the Orenburg region.
An inspection revealed that the area of 50 hectares was overgrown with weeds.
Based on the results of the event, the user of the site - the Federal Scientific Center for Biological Systems and Agricultural Technologies of the Russian Academy of Sciences - was warned about the inadmissibility of violating the mandatory requirements provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation and was asked to take measures to eliminate them.
Officials of the Department in September 2023, as part of an on-site survey, established that the business entity had carried out agrotechnical measures to clear weeds and carried out soil cultivation plowing.
Thus, as a result of the implementation of the warning, a land plot with an area of 50 hectares was introduced into agricultural circulation within the boundaries of the Orenburg region. ■
