In order to reduce the density in Provincial and District Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry against the COVID-19 epidemic, real and legal persons will be able to obtain a verifiable animal passport digitally without the need to apply to the Provincial / District Directorates in person via the address 'tekpencer.tarbil.gov.tr'. In this context, animal passport payments will be made via virtual post.

With this system, which is designed to be integrated with the other systems of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry, people who want to apply for an animal passport will be verified via e-Government with their TR identity numbers. The person who is not authenticated will not be allowed to apply.

The animal passport is an animal identification document issued by the provincial / district directorate that includes the breed, gender, date of birth, movement information, animal owner information and vaccination information of the bovine type animal that has been registered by ear tags within the scope of the Regulation on Identification, Registration and Monitoring of Bovine Animals.
