Through this acquisition, ADC expands its reach and adds substantial experience to its professional services roster.

Founded in 2003, ADC is a Cloud Computing and technology services firm with a rich history of delivering digital marketing solutions for brands such as ebay, Live Nation, and Starwood Vacation Ownership.

A strategic partner to both and ExactTarget (now a brand), ADC has deep technical knowledge across Salesforce clouds, has posted several award-winning solutions to the Salesforce AppExchange community, built the first-ever interface between Salesforce and ExactTarget, and has deployed hundreds of ExactTarget custom solutions.

The collective entity will operate as Magnet 360, with Josh Holtzman, founder of ADC, leading as Managing Director for Magnet 360's western region, inclusive of both Los Angeles and San Francisco.
