Bosnia's Geobiro acquires 50% of Germany's BIMm Services

Bosnia's geodetic services provider Geobiro said it has acquired a 50% stake in German software firm BIMm Services.

With the transaction, Geobiro strengthens its position in the laser scanning and modeling industry and gains direct access to the European market. The remaining 50% stake in BIMm Services is owned by German architect Armin Schweighardt, Geobiro said.

BIMm Services provides laser scanner measurement services. The company also owns BIMm Solutions firm, which develops software for point cloud modeling.
