Rosoboronexport's air defense portfolio exceeds $9 billion

Russian arms exporter Rosoboronexport's order portfolio for air defense technology stands at over $9 billion, and will continue growing, the agency's Director General Anatoly Isaykin said.

"Rosoboronexport's order portfolio for Russian air defense means exceeds $9 billion and will grow in the near future," Isaykin told reporters at the MAKS-2015 International Aviation and Space Salon.

International partners are interested in every advanced air defense system the agency offers, Isaykin added.

He noted that the overall sum of agency space project contracts for 2000-2015 reached $1 billion. Rosoboronexport provided spacecraft launch services for Germany, Italy, Austria, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Canada.
