SAS pilots threaten strike from September 11

Pilots at Scandinavian carrier SAS could go on strike from September 11 unless an agreement is reached on wages and work hours, Norway’s state-appointed mediator said.

Almost 600 pilots employed by SAS’ branch in Norway were affected by the negotiations, although it was not yet decided how many would be affected in a first round of strikes.

Danish pilots also threatened to go on strike, trade publication Check-in.dk reported.
