Fire breaks out at Trump Tower in New York City

New York Trump Tower caught fire on Monday morning in Manhattan, with emergency responders rushing to the scene at around 7am to try and put out the blaze.

The Fire Department of New York says it was called around 7 a.m. Monday for a report of a fire on the top floor. The FDNY said the fire was under control shortly after 8 a.m.

There were no immediate reports of injuries, CBS News reported.

The building houses luxury apartments and businesses
