New branch to supervise cyber security in Czech Republic

The Czech National Cyber and Information Security Office (NUKIB) started operation in Brno, the second big city in Czech Republic, said its director Dusan Navratil.

Navratil said the department has 118 employees at present, taken from the National Security Office and the Czech National Cyber Security Centre.

According to government data, about 100 cyber security incidents are reported monthly in the Czech Republic.
