Plane lands on its nose at Spirit of St. Louis Airport

A plane landed on its nose at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield Tuesday night.

Firefighters said a plane with three people inside suffered a “hard landing.” All three made it out of the plane on their own, KMOV reported.

Emergency crews were on scene shortly after the incident but nobody was taken to a hospital, firefighters said.
