This was reported by the Daily Sabah quoting the Minister of Economy of Turkey, Mustafa Elitas.

According to him, the complaint is pending to be issued to the WTO. The Turkish government has been collecting evidence of violations by Russia of the rules of the organization.

"We will defend the rights of all those affected (due to sanctions), in the international courts," promised Elitas.

The Minister also compared the relationship with Russia with the weather forecast, which promises sometimes sun, sometimes rain and clouds. "Their actions are not consistent with international trade rules," said Elitas, adding that a special body has been set up to receive complaints from Turkish entrepreneurs working with Russian partners.
