Ukraine signs an agreement with Turkey on $50 million loan

A loan agreement was inked between Ukraine and Turkey envisaging extending a $50 million loan to Ukraine to fill general fund of the budget.

The loan is with the maturity period of 5 years and a 2.5% annual interest rate.

The document was signed by Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalie Jaresko and a representative of the Undersecretariat of Treasury of the Turkish Republic.

Apart from that, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Turkey inked an Agreement on the Delivery of Mobile Field Hospital to Ukraine.

The document was inked by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Republic of Turkey Serhii Korsunsky and Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Turkey.
