World Bank projects Albania's economic growth in next three years

The World Bank released projections of the global economic prospect report for Albania, projected an economic growth rate of 3.5 percent for Albania in 2015, and 3.5 percent in 2016 and 2017.

According to the World Bank, the improvement of economic growth will be slow and will be based on rebound of private activity.

Meanwhile the economies in South-Eastern Europe countries remain fragile to the risks related to natural disasters.

To boost economic growth and job creation, the World Bank puts the emphasis on the need to deepen reforms in South-Eastern Europe countries.

Many countries, including Albania, are still far from the best approaches to business climate which would enable an increase of productivity, according to the World Bank.
