It offers linear listening and outstanding neutrality. Its impressive dynamics delivered by three bass speaker drivers with a Slatefiber cone allow it to present the best of Home Cinema and Hi-Fi listening alike. Manufactured in France, this cone is characterised by its dynamic, rich and ultra-balanced sound, particularly in the midranges. With its acoustic qualities and unique “slate effect”, it has become a benchmark for High-Fidelity in its price category.
Just like the Flax, Kevlar and W cones, the Slatefiber cone is entirely manufactured in the Focal workshops located in Saint-Étienne. In order to combine productivity, performance and French manufacturing, a semi-automated industrial tool dedicated to manufacturing the Slatefiber cone has been developed by Focal. Focal Ébénisterie Bourgogne, their dedicated cabinet-making workshop, is an asset to the prestige of Focal and its products. Based in Bourbon-Lancy in Bourgogne, it brings together a team of cabinet makers and manufactures the enclosures.
The treble is enhanced by another Focal technology, the M-shaped inverted dome TAM tweeter. Finally, the tilted stands on the loudspeakers enable a soundstage focused on the listener using Time Alignment for even deeper immersion and more emotions. Thanks to a choice of harmonious and refined finishes, black or white leather-effect front panel, Black High Gloss, Dark Wood or Light Wood side panels, these loudspeakers can be easily installed in any interior.
Vestia N°3 is ideal for rooms from 269 sq. ft (25m²). It can be combined with the SUB 600P subwoofer for an even higher performing system and encompassing bass. The Sub 600P subwoofer completes your audio installation by providing a deep, impactful and controlled bass. Combined with your Home Cinema system, its power offers an even more sensational and realistic immersion. Its Class D 600-watt amplifier supplies a 1113/16” (30cm) diameter Polyflex speaker driver, a heavier, more rigid cone promoting high power handling. Its closed design allows any interference noise to be avoided, reproducing the original sound signal as faithfully as possible. ■
