Bingham expands Energy and Project Finance group

A leader in the emerging U.S. infrastructure investment industry, Mr. Moser focuses his practice on infrastructure investment and development utilizing public and private partnership, project finance and other techniques. He has helped develop new public private partnership investment strategies for new asset classes and first-time market participants. Mr. Moser has been recognized for his work as lead counsel in the $1 billion financing of Citi Field, the new 45,000-seat home of the New York Mets.

Mr. Moser noted current global trends in infrastructure and transportation initiatives that are shaping the legal and business landscape for clients. He is founder and editor of Global Infrastructure. He has represented investment funds, banking and investment firms, governments and agencies, public and private businesses, and non-profit enterprises in infrastructure investments and transactions in a wide variety of industries, including transportation, energy, water, professional athletics facilities and education.
