CEO Ousmane Kane to leave International Mining & Infrastructure

London, United Kingdom - July 28, 2014, London, United Kingdom - International Mining & Infrastructure Corporation plc announced that Ousmane Kane will step down as chief executive officer and leave the company effective July 31, 2014.

Mr. Kane led Mauritanian and pan-African, public, financial and mining institutions. He served as Minister of Finance and Governor of the Central Bank of Mauritania, as Director General of Mauritania's state-owned iron ore company Societe Nationale Industrielle et Miniere (SNIM), and as Senior Adviser to Mauritania's Head of State.
