CFCL announces CEO departure

Noble Park, Australia - November 13, 2012, Noble Park, Australia - Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited (CFCL), a developer of technology to convert natural gas into electricity and heat, announces that Brendan Dow is stepping down as CEO and that it has appointed Bob Kennett as a new CEO.

Mr. Dow has been a Managing Director of Ceramic Fuel Cells since January 11, 2007. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ceramic Fuel Cells since June 2005. He served as a Managing Director of Ziehl-ebm Australia where he gained recognition for his business acumen in turning Ziehl-ebm Australia into a market leading supplier of high tech components. From 1992 to 1996, Mr. Dow served as a Regional Manager at General Electric Company and GEC Alstom, and from 1989 to 1992 he worked as Production Manager in London for the Gillette Company.

Mr. Dow is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Mr. Dow completed his undergraduate degree at Swinburne University Australia in Manufacturing Engineering (Honors) and completed an MBA at Mt Eliza Business School (University of Melbourne).
