Exelon promotes Sunil Garg to president

Chicago., Ill, USA - August 6, 2010, Chicago., Ill, USA - Exelon, a utility company, announced that Sunil Garg, senior vice president of human resources, has been promoted to president.



Since joining Exelon in 2002, Mr. Garg has focused extensively on integration work, including process efficiencies and cost savings. Before leading Exelon’s human resources function, he served as vice president of finance for Exelon’s Business Services Company and co-led the company’s financial transformation integration program.

Prior to Exelon, Mr. Garg served as an assistant to Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley and was appointed a White House Fellow by President Bill Clinton. Previously, he was an associate with the Chapin Hall Center for Children at the University of Chicago, a research and development center focused on education.
