Ferrum Crescent appoints Tom Revy as CEO and managing director

Subiaco, Australia - February 20, 2014, Subiaco, Australia - Ferrum Crescent, an iron ore developer, announced the appointment of Tom Revy as CEO and managing director, and an executive board member.




Mr. Revy is a mining professional with 30 years of experience specialising in operations, project development and corporate management. As Development Director at Worley Parsons he worked extensively on the Olympic Dam Expansion and undertook key studies for companies such as AngloAmerican and Codelco. Previously he worked at design and construction group, GRD Minproc, working on projects such as the Fortescue Metals phase 2 expansions in Western Australia and the Tenke Fungurume project in the DRC.

The company also announced that Robert Hair will move to the position of Executive Director from Managing Director.

Mr. Hair is by background a lawyer with more than 21 years experience in the resources sector. He has held several roles in the MIM Group Limited Group and other companies and has Australian and international experience in legal, commercial, financial and organisational aspects of exploration, mining and processing operations.
