King & Spalding: Mario Leissner managing partner in Frankfurt

Frankfurt, Germany - June 15, 2010, Frankfurt, Germany - King & Spalding, the law firm, announced the appointment of Mario Leissner as managing partner of the firm's Frankfurt office.



Mr. Leissner was a founding partner of the Frankfurt office, which opened in September 2007. Mr. Leissner specializes in German and international real estate transactions, regulatory and investment law as well as fund structuring. His practice also focuses on international taxation, corporate and financing work.

Before joining King & Spalding, Mr. Leissner had been the general counsel and head of legal and tax of Sal. Oppenheim Immobilien-Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH, in Wiesbaden, Germany.
