KSK Power Ventur appoints two new directors

Douglas, Isle of Man - February 7, 2014, Douglas, Isle of Man - KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company, announced that Keith Nicholas Henry and Guy Delemere Lafferty will join the company as non-executive directors.

Mr. Henry has had a long career in the global power and energy sectors. He was Chief Executive of National Power plc, International Power, Brown & Root Ltd, and Kvaerner Engineering & Construction Ltd. He has served as Chairman of Burren Energy plc, Helius Energy plc, and Petrojarl ASA; the Senior Independent Director of Emerald Energy plc; and Non-Executive Director of First Calgary Petroleums Ltd and Enterprise Oil plc.

For several years Mr. Henry was also a Non-Executive Director of Punj Lloyd Group, the Bombay Stock Exchange quoted engineering company based in Delhi. He is currently Chairman of Regal Petroleum plc, Mediterranean Oil & Gas plc, and Greenko Group plc.
