Pacific Paradym Energy appoints Brent Harris as director

Vancouver, BC, Canada - August 7, 2013, Vancouver, BC, Canada - Pacific Paradym Energy, an oil and gas company, announced that it has appointed Brent Harris to its board of directors.

Mr. Harris is a professional geologist with more than 35 years of oil and gas exploration and development experience. He worked as a geologist for Norcen Energy, Anderson Exploration and Sceptre Resources. During his time at Sceptre, he worked both domestic and international projects including the United States, offshore British Isles and in the Middle East.

In 1984, Mr. Harris was appointed vice-president of exploration at Resman Oil and Gas and subsequently served in a similar capacity at Louisiana Land and Exploration, The Wiser Oil Company, and Beau Canada Ltd. In 2001, Mr. Harris was appointed a senior officer and vice-president of exploration at Vaquero Energy Ltd. In 2005, he co-founded Vaquero Resources Ltd., which was been sold in 2007.

Mr. Harris has been credited with finding many successful oil and gas fields in the western Canadian sedimentary basin, including a signifigant discovery at Ladyfern in Northeast BC, as well as the revitalization of the Nisku play in West Pembina. His expertise includes horizontal drilling in the Cardium, Wabamun and other resource plays, as well as developing new plays in the Bakken, Three Forks and Mississippian formations in both Canada and the United States.
