Rialto Energy: Charles Nieto appointed COO

Perth, Australia - November 23, 2010, Perth, Australia - Rialto Energy Limited, an oil and gas company, announces the appointment of senior industry professionals to the management of the company in both its Perth and soon to be operational London Office.

Charles Nieto - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Nieto is a seasoned Engineer with 32 years international oil and gas experience working in Italy, Indonesia, Cambodia, Norway, North Africa, Syria and UK North Sea. From 2005, Mr. Nieto served as Technical Vice President and General Manager Operations and Development for Stratic Energy, responsible for planning and implementing onshore and offshore drilling campaigns in the UK Continental Shelf, Europe and North Africa.

Prior to this, Mr. Nieto enjoyed a 16 year tenure with both Enterprise Oil and Shell, where he held various senior positions including Technical Manager and Senior Reservoir and Petroleum Engineer, being responsible for managing high capital projects such as Jotun FPSO development, offshore Norway; and the Scott Field development in the UK North Sea.

Mr. Nieto will be the Company's Chief Operating Officer based in London and will have responsibility for all of the Company's operations in Cote d'Ivoire. Mr. Nieto holds an Engineering Degree with Distinction from the Camborne School of Mines.

William Foley - Development and Commercial Advisor

Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor and Masters in Geology, has 30 years international experience in the oil and gas sector with extensive West African experience, most recently with Addax Petroleum. His career includes 17 years with Chevron Corporation, with positions in the US Gulf of Mexico; UK North Sea; North West Shelf, Western Australia and Angola.

Mr. Foley was Exploration Manager for Addax Petroleum, responsible for the deep water Joint Development Zone between Nigeria and Sao Tome and was responsible for significant gas resource additions. He was also responsible for management of Addax's exploration program in Cameroon and was involved in the proposal to Shell to jointly develop oil and gas resources in Nigeria estimated to total several TCF gas, and hundreds of MMstb oil.

Mr. Foley has undertaken extensive consulting work with clients including, Chevron, Exxon, Texaco, Pemex, and Netherland Sewell. His responsibilities have included review of risk and reserves, interpretation and advice on project management.

Thomas S. Thrasher - Reservoir Engineering Manager

Mr. Thrasher is a Reservoir Engineer, and brings 34 years of exploration & production company experience obtained via a distinguished career with ConocoPhillips. Prior to joining Rialto, Mr. Thrasher held the position of Chief Reservoir Engineer for the UK North Sea business unit with ConocoPhillips, where he was responsible for the subsurface technical excellence for a team of 25 reservoir engineers, peer review and approval as part of the Geological, Geophysical and Reservoir Engineering management team, along with UK reserve determination and reporting compliance.
