Saab: Hakan Buskhe new president and CEO

Stockholm, Sweden - April 26, 2010, Stockholm, Sweden - Saab, a defence and security company, announced that it has appointed Hakan Buskhe as new president and CEO, effective November 1 at the latest.

Mr. Buskhe is CEO and President of E.ON Nordic AB and E.ON Sverige AB, a Market Unit of the international E.ON Group. Mr. Buskhe joined E.ON Sverige 2006 as Senior Vice President and head of Generation including all E.ON Sverige Hydropower, Thermal and Nuclear generation.

In 2007 Mr Buskhe was appointed Executive Vice President of E.ON Sverige AB and CEO and President from January 1, 2008. Mr Buskhe is Member of the E.ON Group Executive Committee.

Before entering into the energy business Mr. Buskhe has a long experience in the Transport and Logistics business. At the latest Mr Buskhe was responsible for Schenker in Europe. Mr Buskhe is member of the Board of Directors of the transportation company Green Cargo AB.

Mr. Buskhe is M Sc at Chalmers University of Technlogy, Gothenburg and is graduated Technical Licentiate, Institution for Transport & Logistics.
