Solimar Energy CEO Will Satterfield to step down

Melbourne, Australia - June 4, 2013, Melbourne, Australia - Solimar Energy, an oil and gas company, announced that its chief executive officer Will Satterfield will step down.

Mr. Satterfield will remain on the board as a non-executive director. His immediate past job was as Country Manager in India for Hardy Oil and Gas. Previously, he worked for 21 years in various world wide technical management positions with Occidental Petroleum. His immediate past role with Occidental was with subsidiary Vintage Production as Geosciences Manager.

The company also announced that the board will in the interim be appointing an executive committee to oversee the operations of the Company. The Committee will be headed up by Jason Bednar.
