Trigon Agri changes executive board, board of directors

Copenhagen, Denmark - December 16, 2015, Copenhagen, Denmark - Trigon Agri A/S announces changes in the executive board and the board of directors of the company, effective January 1, 2016.

Ülo Adamson will resign from the position as the CEO of the company.

Joakim Helenius (current Chairman of the Board of Directors) will resign from the Board of Directors and take over the position as the CEO.

Peter Gaemelke (current member of the Board of Directors) will become the new Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. Gaemelke is an independent farmer since 1983 at R?j Farm, Chairman of Danske Spil, Lovenholm Fund, NatureEnergi BioGas A/S, Organization NLP, board member of Kirkbi A/S, DLR Credit A/S, Tryghedsgruppen, HCP A/S, and member of the executive board and central committee of the liberal party of Denmark, Venstre.

Mr. Gaemelke is also a former President of the Danish Agricultural Council (1995 – 2009). He holds a degree in Commerce and Accounting.
