Two directors leave Andalas Energy and Power

London, United Kingdom - Andalas Energy and Power, an investing company, announced that Cameron Pearce and Jeremy King are stepping down as directors.

Mr. Pearce has extensive professional experience in both the Australian and United Kingdom finance industries.

In recent times he has provided corporate, strategic, financial and advisory assistance to private and public companies in both Australia and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Pearce is a member of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants and has been in commerce over fifteen years holding senior financial and management positions in both publically listed and private enterprises in Australia, Europe, Asia, Africa and Central America.

He is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Magnolia Resources Limited.

Mr. King is a director of Grange Consulting Group Pty Ltd where he specialises in corporate advisory, strategic advice and managing legal issues associated with Grange’s clients.

Mr. King is a corporate lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in domestic and international legal, financial and corporate matters.

In London he has worked for Allen and Overy LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP.

More recently, he specialises in advising listed natural resource companies.
