Ian Cameron was speaking on the same day AfriForum launched their international campaign to present their views on land expropriation to the rest of the world. They will be doing everything they can to discredit the proposals.

The government have already moved to discredit AfriForum’s campaign, though. DIRCO strongly refute their claims and say that they are only spreading false information about what land expropriation really is.

The debate has been exacerbated by Australian Home Affairs Minister Peter Dutton. He proposed that white South African farmers should be given refugee status Down Under, in order to escape the impact of land expropriation.
