Accenture has acquired Axia Limited, a U.S.-based strategy consulting services provider.

The acquisition bolsters the capabilities of Accenture Strategy to help clients improve their competitiveness by delivering growth through strategic cost management and organizational agility. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Axia specializes in providing cross-functional strategies and implementation support that help companies become more competitive by addressing their growth and cost challenges concurrently. The company has broad experience in a range of areas including growth, go-to-market models, operational excellence, performance management and M&A strategies.
Axia has established a significant client base in the life sciences, healthcare and consumer goods sectors, and as part of Accenture Strategy, its expertise will be scaled over time and offered to a broader range of industry sectors globally.
