Air Tahiti Nui and American Airlines announce expanded codeshare agreement

Air Tahiti Nui and American Airlines have chosen to strengthen their partnership, expanding the network of US destinations for their respective customers.

For many years, the two companies have collaborated, joining their respective networks to offer their customers a greater number of destinations.

Thanks to its codeshare with several other airlines, Air Tahiti Nui now serve 10 countries and many cities around the world.

Through this agreement, Air Tahiti Nui and American Airlines aim to facilitate travels in the United States and French Polynesia in order to develop tourist traffic to our islands. This agreement will also allow Polynesian residents to travel more easily to new US cities.

With this extended Codeshare agreement, Air Tahiti Nui offers flights to eight new cities, added to the 23 destinations already served in the United States:

Albuquerque (ABQ, New-Mexico),
Austin (AUS, Texas),
El Paso (ELP, Texas),
New-Orleans (MSY, Louisiana),
Oklahoma City (OKC, Oklahoma),
San Antonio (SAT, Texas)
, Sacramento (SMF, California),
Tucson (TUS, Arizona).
