The agreement supports Dubai’s Smart Government directives and is in line with the UAE Vision 2021 to develop government services and achieve a high quality of life for the citizens and residents of the UAE.

DLD’s vision is aimed at implementing innovative technologies such as 3D and machine learning to enhance the promotion of properties in the emirate to global audiences worldwide.

Under the terms of the agreement, Airbus and DLD will explore the development of a pioneering solution consisting of a high-definition virtual 3D navigation experience and improvement of the department’s property valuation model.

Utilising data-driven smart technologies form an important part of DLD’s ambitions to better organise and regulate the Dubai real estate market in addition to catalysing an investment drive in the sector.
