Axiall board rejects revised offer from Westlake

Axiall Corporation confirmed that it has received, and rejected, a revised proposal from Westlake Chemical Corporation to acquire all of the outstanding common shares of Axiall for $14 in cash and 0.1967 Westlake shares per Axiall share.Article continues below ■ What to read next
