Brussels Airport remains closed on Wednesday and Thursday

Brussels Airport announced that following recent attacks, there will be no flights into and out of Brussels Airport on Wednesday and Thursday.

"Because the forensic investigation is still underway, we currently have no access to the building. Until we can assess the damage, it remains unclear when we can resume operations.

"Passengers who have lost or had to leave their baggage at the airport yesterday are requested to register with their airline.

"If your baggage was not yet checked in, please fill in the Lost & Found form. As we still do not have access to the terminal, it may take a while before you get feedback about your belongings.

"Passengers who are scheduled to fly from Brussels Airport today or tomorrow had best contact their airline for further instructions.

"Lufthansa passengers, booked out of Brussels on March 23 and until reopening of Brussels Airport, can rebook their flights via or by phone +32 70 35 3030 to reorganize travel out of Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, Paris CDG."
