Finder’s new greater Denver area hub, which will be leveraged as they scale up, will house 198 net new jobs that include product managers, software engineers, and app developers.
Finder’s Colorado operation marks the continued trend of increased foreign direct investment from Australia and joins fellow Australian companies Propeller Aero and Cochlear that have elected to call Colorado home.
As part of its Colorado project, Finder has embraced Colorado’s location-neutral employment (LONE) initiative and projects up to 74 of its new employees will work remotely from Colorado’s LONE Worker-eligible counties.
Finder currently employs nearly 200 remote workers outside of the US and is experienced in managing a remote workforce. ■
