Freshly Inc. to more than double workforce in Georgia, creating 665 jobs

Freshly Inc. is more than doubling their planned workforce in Georgia and investing $52 million in expanding to Clayton County.

The new distribution facility will create 665 jobs in Ellenwood, Georgia. This announcement comes on the heels of Freshly opening their first Southeastern U.S. distribution facility in Cobb County in early 2021.

Headquartered in New York, Freshly delivers ready-to-eat meals directly to its customers’ doors. Freshly’s additional Georgia distribution facility, located at 2823 Anvil Block Road in Ellenwood, will help the company continue to meet increasing customer demand.

Freshly plans to begin hiring at the new 289,000-square-foot facility in 2022 for positions in warehousing, operations, and maintenance.
