At the beginning of June last year, GTS Central Europe officially joined Deutsche Telekom Group. As a result, GTS Poland and T-Mobile Polska have started an integration process aimed at combining the GTS' expert knowledge and solutions for the business market with T-Mobile's technology and modern telecommunications infrastructure.
The next step to achieve this objective will be to offer, starting from January 15th, 2015, comprehensive fixed-line and mobile services under a single, very strong and recognisable umbrella – in Poland and all over the world – which is Deutsche Telekom's brand. This will allow for a new quality standard to be set for the market of integrated telecommunications and ICT services for business and wholesale clients in Poland and throughout Europe.
"Through the combined potential of these two companies, we have been able to obtain even stronger team to provide our clients with better opportunities. Following the rebranding, one brand will additionally strengthen our market position in relation to the provision of integrated services to business clients," said Igor Matejov, Member of Management Board of T-Mobile Polska and GTS Poland.
The introduction of the new brand will not cause any inconveniences for clients of GTS Poland. All the changes will be implemented smoothly and without the need for clients to be involved in any way. Rebranding does not mean formal nor legal integration of T-Mobile Polska and GTS Poland. For this reason, the terms of cooperation with GTS Poland will remain unchanged and company's clients will be able to continue their previous agreements, while using the new promotions offered by T-Mobile Polska.
On January 15th this year, all marketing materials of GTS, including the website, will be adjusted to meet the standards applicable in Deutsche Telekom Group. The corporate email addresses and online applications used by the clients will be transferred to T-Mobile's domain. The previous addresses will continue to apply for some time in order to ensure the continuity of business processes. ■
