Ithaca Energy to delist from AIM, TSX after Delek takeover

Ithaca Energy Inc said Friday that it will delist from AIM next Wednesday following its acquisition by Delek Group Ltd.

Delek Group will launch a compulsory offer for the remaining shares that did not take up its offer at the same price of CAD1.95.

Following the acquisition the company's shares will be cancelled from trading, and Ithaca has also applied to have its shares voluntarily delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange at the same time.
