Pavilion Energy acquires Iberdrola’s portfolio of LNG and gas assets

Pavilion Energy completed the transaction to acquire Iberdrola’s portfolio of LNG and gas assets, and the launch of its Europe operations.

From its new European headquarters in Madrid, Pavilion Energy formally commenced LNG trading operations and natural gas supplies into UK and Spain.

“We are delighted to celebrate this milestone that positions Pavilion Energy as a global energy business.
