Porsche Cars Canada and select hospitality and leisure properties in Canada are collaborating to offer an electrifying new benefit to guests: Electric vehicle chargers to keep batteries in the green while drivers enjoy their time at a premier travel destination.

The Porsche AC chargers are meant to top off the batteries of electric vehicles while their drivers enjoy a meal, stay the night, or spend time at a winery or golf course. The Porsche Destination Charging network complements the growing national infrastructure providing charging opportunities for the first all electric Porsche, the Taycan.

This includes DC chargers being installed at Porsche dealerships and at Electrify Canada (EC) which support quick charging on major highways as well as in major metros.

The average site will have two Porsche Chargers, there is no charging fee for Porsche customers and the service is not restricted to Porsche models, but can be used with any electric vehicle that accepts a standard J1772 plug.

The Porsche AC chargers can be found at sites ranging from hotels and resorts, including The Ritz Carlton, Toronto and Sofitel Montréal Le Carré Doré to Wineries including Martin's Lane and CedarCreek Estate in British Columbia.

Porsche Destination Charging currently includes seven active locations in Canada with five additional sites under construction and plans to continue national expansion.

The locations are listed in the Porsche Charging NA app for real time navigation. Porsche provides program partners with free charging hardware.
