Ryanair UK's worst airline for sixth consecutive year
Thousands of members were asked to rate airlines for seat comfort, food and drink, cabin environment, customer service and value for money.
The carrier, which calls itself Europe’s Number 1 airline, came last with an overall score of 40 per cent in the survey.
Neither Thomas Cook Airlines nor Wizz Air fared particularly well either with overall scores of just 52 per cent and 54 per cent respectively.
Wizz Air shared a two-star rating for customer service alongside Ryanair and Vueling, the Mirror reports.
The survey revealed that 70 per cent of respondents who were asked if there was one airline with which they would never travel named Ryanair as their pick. ■
