The service will offer high-speed mobile data and will ensure a vastly improved user mobile app experience faster browsing and video streaming and higher download and upload, thanks to the operator’s successful network upgrade and renovation project, competed earlier in 2015. Maximum speed of Telenor 4G network will be 75 Мbps.

The 4G service by Telenor will be initially available in Sofia and most of southern Bulgaria. By mid-December, Telenor 4G service will cover all Bulgarian cities with population of more than 20,000, including all regional centers and the most popular winter resorts, effectively providing outdoor 4G coverage to 56.73% of the country’s population.

Telenor will continue to expand the coverage and the capacity of its 4G network, depending on spectrum availability, further into 2016.
