Two members of the managements were fined respectively DKK 75,000 (€ 10,036) and DKK 50,000 (€ 6,690).

In December 2018, the City Court of Odense acquitted both companies and individuals. Now the High Court has changed the ruling from the City Court.

The High Court found that the companies and the members of the man-agements exchanged prices and coordinated their bids related to three public procurements in the period January 2012 to August 2013.
