Indonesia revises December trade deficit down to $220 million

Indonesia's statistics bureau said it has revised December trade figures to result in a narrower deficit than earlier calculated.

Trade deficit in December were revised to $220 million from $270 million, after exports value were revised to $14.87 billion and imports to $15.09 billion.

The statistics bureau previously reported $14.79 billion as exports value and $15.06 billion in imports.

The bureau said Indonesia had a trade deficit of $670 million in January, its biggest deficit in nearly four years.
