Unemployment in Greece decreased slightly to 24.6 percent

Greek unemployment rate decreased slightly to 24.6 percent in November of 2015 from an upwardly revised 24.7 percent in the previous month.

It remained at its lowest level since May of 2012, as the number of unemployed persons declined by 0.3 percent while the number of employed persons was virtually unchanged.

Unemployment rate in Greece averaged 15.05 percent from 1998 until 2015, reaching an all time high of 27.91 percent in September of 2013 and a record low of 7.30 percent in May of 2008.
