3 dead, 2 missing after metro tunnel collapse in east China

Three workers have been confirmed dead and two others still missing following a collapse in a metro tunnel construction site in Qingdao, east China's Shandong Province, the project undertaker said Tuesday.

Qingdao Metro said the collapse occurred 5:40 p.m. Monday on a construction site of the No. 4 Metro Line, when five workers were trapped.

By Tuesday morning, rescuers have found the bodies of three workers. The search is continuing.
