Agents of the Spanish National Police have arrested in the province of Toledo one of Europol's Europe's Most Wanted Fugitives in search since 2014.

However, at the end of the year new information was received indicating that the fugitive could be residing in a town in the province of Toledo.
After carrying out investigative procedures and operational verifications, it was possible to focus the address where he could reside together with other men with whom he bore a certain resemblance, although the objective did not go abroad.
That is why the surveillance and monitoring device was maintained over time for days until on January 9, a person was observed leaving the house hiding his face with a hat and black glasses.
He was followed for a while until he entered a grocery store in a remote area and there was a chance to see his face. Although due to the passing of the years and the radical change in her appearance she was almost unrecognizable, it was possible to confirm the identity thanks to a dimple in the right nostril as well as a mole in the middle of her right cheek. He was arrested without resisting.
The criminal organization to which he belonged was engaged, among other activities, in "overturning" or stealing large quantities of narcotic substances from other organizations. To do this, they tried to locate containers loaded with drugs from other traffickers in the ports.
