Two dead in U.S. military helicopter crash in Croatia

The air force OH-58 D Kiowa helicopter crashed between the island of Zlarin and the coastal town of Zablace near Sibenik. The pilot was confirmed dead while the search for the second crew member was ongoing.
Today the body of another pilot was found.
Pilots were Marin Klarin and Tomislav Baturina.
Croatia reportedly obtained 16 Kiowa Warrior helicopters, made between 2010 and 2012, as a donation from the United States in 2016. ■
