Great American Beer Festival (GABF), the country's preeminent beer festival and world's largest beer competition, was scheduled to take place in Denver, Co. this fall.

This year's 39th Annual GABF will include a two-day online experience on October 16-17, in addition to exclusive on-site deals at more than 1,000 breweries from all 50 states from October 1-18 – because it is not a beer festival without actual beer.

Access to both the virtual and in-person GABF events is included with the brand-new GABF Festival Passport. GABF passports may be purchased for $20 and in addition to the online content, including access to brewery deals between October 1-18 at 1,000+ breweries from all 50 states.

In addition, from October 16-17, passport holders will have exclusive access to online content during the Official Virtual Festival. Tune in for tips and tricks to enhance beer knowledge and enjoyment; lager lore and sudsy stories from craft beer luminaries.

Virtual GABF passport holders will also be able to download tasting tip sheets prior to each session so they can make a list of beers and beer styles, and food in advance, then sip and snack along during the program.

GABF Festival Passport holders can sip on some of the award-winning beers while also enjoying exclusive access to deals, including free taster flights, discounted growlers, limited edition merchandise and more.

The GABF awards ceremony will be broadcast (free of charge) on October 16 beginning at 5:00 p.m. MT via The Brewing Network and will be a virtual extravaganza of award announcements, video of actual judging, human interest stories featuring some of the entering breweries, and more.
