Singaporeans to each receive $418 in cash

All adult Singaporeans will each receive S$600 ($418) in cash assistance starting the middle of this month as part of the third round of coronavirus financial relief announced by Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat today.

The “Solidary Budget,” worth S$5.1 billion, also comprises enhanced financial relief for businesses and the self-employed. Each Singaporean has to be at least 21 years old to be eligible for the cash assistance.
