The tablet is coming with an aluminum body and weighs 430 grams. It's just 5.8mm thin and has curved edges that give it an elegant feel and look. It's worth saying that ASUS called the ZenPad 3S 10 the world's thinnest bezel at only 5.32mm and that the device offers a 78% screen-to-body ratio. This is a clear attack on iPad and a good one. The tablet runs a hexacore MT8176 processor from MediaTek.
In addition, the tablet provides 4GB of RAM and has a massive battery of 5,900mAh, together with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0. ASUS ZenPad 3S 10 comes with 100GB of storage from Google Drive. Rear camera is 8MP with low light mode, and there's also a 5MP front camera. Aside from this, the tablet comes with dual speakers, together with Asus SonicMaster 3.0 technology and virtual 7.1-channel surround sound.
The ZenPad 3S 10 runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow with ZenUI on top, and it is possible - but we don't know that yet for sure - that it will be updated to Android 7.0 Nougat in the future. The ZenPad 3S 10 is available in two internal storage variants: one with 32GB of memory and the second with 64GB. The company also offers 5GB of lifetime ASUS Web storage space and 100GB of Google Drive storage space for 2 years.
ASUS disn't say anything about the price of the ZenPad 3S 10 or its release date, but it shouldn't be long before the tablet becomes available. ASUS will also be offering the Z Stylus as a separate accessory for those of you who can't live without a pen. We can. With excellent design, good specifications and decent performance, this new device from ASUS is on the top of our wish list ■
