American Airlines promotes Beverly K. Goulet to senior vice president

Fort Worth, Tx., USA - March 8, 2013, Fort Worth, Tx., USA - American Airlines, a wholly owned subsidiary of AMR Corporation, announced that Beverly K. Goulet has been promoted to senior vice president and chief integration officer.

Ms. Goulet was named Chief Restructuring Officer two years ago in addition to her role as Vice President of Corporate Development and Treasurer, which she assumed in June 2002.

She joined American in 1993 as Associate General Counsel for Corporate Finance. In that capacity, she was involved in American’s aircraft and other financing transactions. She was appointed Managing Director–Corporate Development in March 1999.

Prior to joining American, Ms. Goulet practiced corporate and securities law in Dallas for 13 years. She received both her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Michigan.

The company also announced taht Peter Warlick has been promoted to Vice President and Treasurer.

Mr. Warlick served as managing director of fleet development. Prior to his role in leading American’s fleet development strategy, he served in a variety of leadership positions within the Finance organization, including managing director of treasury and managing director of corporate finance and banking.
